Monday, March 2 at 6:30pm

– Read the Megillah (the Book of Esther)
– Engage in powerful discussion on the spirit of Amalek
– Pray for Persia, Israel, and all those battling Amalek around the world
– Eat traditional Hamentashen (Purim cookies) and Persian inspired foods
– Dress up like the characters in the book of Esther; the King, Queen, or Mordechai
– Collect tzadakah (charity) as it is tradition to give gifts of food to the poor on Purim
– Rejoice in Adonai’s faithfulness!
